After two successful years of offering our OpenSearch Service, we are announcing the deprecation of our Elasticsearch service. Starting today, ClusterNest will no longer onboard new Elasticsearch clusters. This decision reflects our commitment to supporting open-source technologies and providing our customers with the best possible solutions.

Why Deprecate Elasticsearch?

In early 2022, we launched our OpenSearch service as a response to Elasticsearch no longer being open source. OpenSearch has proven to be a robust, community-driven alternative that aligns with the principles of transparency and collaboration. Over the past two years, OpenSearch has gained widespread adoption and has become the preferred choice for search and analytics.

Migration Plan for Existing Customers
