OpenSearch 3.2 is available on ClusterNest

OpenSearch 3.2 can be selected on new and existing clusters. The console handles it, and Terraform provider 1.1.2 adds it to the version list.

3.2 is a minor release on the 3.x line, so it is a version bump rather than a migration. What is in it is in the release notes.

Pick it in the console or set version in your Terraform configuration. Clusters already running stay where they are until you move them.
